Passport and Visa Courier Services.
PROcourier can arrange for a Courier to collect your Passport or Visa documentation on your behalf from the relevant Passport Office, Visa Office, High Commission or Embassy .
We can also arrange for documentation to be collected from you, taken to the relevant office and directly returned to you completed.
What we require from you:
- you notify the relevant office that our named Courier (with ID) will be collecting on your behalf.
- to send us and the relevant office a faxed or scanned authorisation confirming your instruction for our Courier to collect on your behalf.
If our Courier has to wait more than 30 minutes at the office, we will charge waiting time at £35.00 plus VAT per hour pro rata. If documentation needs processing which may take many hours or some days and you inform us beforehand, we will arrange for a separate Courier to deliver. You must notify us in good time when the documents will be ready.
