» Collection
Your PROcourier, Professional Business Courier will collect to your timescale and the same Courier will take responsibility for your items until they are safely delivered and signed for at their destination.
» Notification
You will be notified by telephone or text if you prefer what time the delivery was accepted and who signed for it.
» Exclusive Carriage
Your Courier will not carry any other items in the vehicle than yours, so there is less risk of damage in transit by heavy or bulky items.
» Direct Delivery
Your Courier will not unload the vehicle into any form of Distribution Centre or ‘Hub’ for onward delivery. The Courier who collects will be the Courier who delivers in the same vehicle.
» Specific Delivery
If you want your Courier to deliver to a named person or to a particular department in a building PROcourier can arrange it.
» Cover
All vehicles are insured for a minimum of £10,000 for Goods in Transit, but we can cover to higher levels as required.
