- If necessary, our couriers will wait for up to 30 minutes for work to be completed.
- Only charge a moderate waiting time after 30 minutes.

- Give you an estimated time of arrival whilst your Legal Courier is en route.
- If required give you a verbal, text or email confirmation of the delivery time and name of the signatory.
- Send you full proof of delivery documentation together with a receipted VAT invoice by email or post.
